An orange blossom honey from the Marrakech region (500 g jar): a light, delicate honey with the scent of orange blossom, mild on the palate and low in acidity.
Known for its soothing properties, it is the ideal evening honey, in a herbal tea or a glass of warm milk.
How to enjoy it

- To sweeten tea, a lemongrass infusion or a yoghurt
- In pastries and sweet-and-savoury marinades
Honey crystallises naturally over time: this is a sign of quality. To make it liquid again, place the jar in a warm water bath for a few minutes.
